They do not go without each other, like positive and negative, even and odd, masculine and feminine, day and night. Driving principles of the universe, yin and yang are there, intertwined, at the heart of the melody which rises from the depths of life, and at the heart of the work.
Glass, worked in its optical depth, its diffractions, its translucency, gives us a glimpse of this secret harmony captured in its dynamism. And he himself, through his astonishing plasticity in this work, illustrates this still unfathomable mystery of life.
