175 meters high, with a diameter of 300 metres, the rock Diamond, with its sharp-edged walls, looks like a big Diamond gross placed on the Caribbean Sea.

Site coveted during Anglo-French wars, it was transformed in 1804 in a veritable fortress by the English who wanted to attach the Martinique, then taken over by the French in 1805. Today, it hosts a flora and very fragile, especially the Leeward, this endangered snake whose the last wild specimen was observed in the 1960s.

The entire load poetic and symbolic of this mythical rock is enshrined in transparency and fluidity of the glass. The intense blue of the sea, shimmering shades of heaven, the rock dry vegetation and the deep fault on its western flank are highlighted by a cutting perfectly mastered, a subtle coloration, the rounded shape and curved sculpture. All emanates a deep sense of serenity.
